Project Scope


Overview
The Royal Academy of Management is a leading educational institution dedicated to developing and empowering Omani leaders in administration and governance, while enhancing institutional knowledge and leadership skills across the Sultanate. The Academy enjoys the Royal patronage of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, and we have managed its digital presence since its inauguration, covering social media, content creation, and enhancing the Academy’s digital visual presence. We focused on establishing a digital identity that reflects the Academy’s royal stature and positions it as a leading beacon of knowledge in administration and leadership, delivering diverse and visually compelling content that showcases excellence and innovation in its programs and initiatives. In addition, we designed and delivered high-quality gifts, including a presentation for His Majesty during the Academy’s inauguration and a special gift for Her Excellency, the Sultan’s consort, on a distinguished occasion—demonstrating attention to detail and maintaining a standard of excellence in every aspect of the project.
Challanges
The challenge was to deliver content and a visual presence befitting the Academy’s royal stature, while preserving its prestige. It also required continuously diversifying and renewing content, ensuring creativity and a dynamic, ever-evolving digital presence that supports the Academy’s vision as a leading beacon of knowledge in administration and leadership.
Results & Impact
These efforts have established a long-standing partnership with the Academy, achieving tangible success in its programs and initiatives, and securing broad reach among the target audience across digital platforms. The integrated digital approach enhanced engagement, raised awareness of the Academy’s offerings, and reinforced its role as a leading beacon of knowledge and excellence in administration and leadership within the Sultanate, reflecting the effectiveness of planning and execution in strengthening its position and impact.
