Overview

We managed Mazoon Dairy’s digital accounts and promotional campaigns, including content planning, campaign development such as “Shop & Win,” overseeing creative production, and supervising 3D video content and interactive materials. Our management also included: - A bilingual monthly content calendar - Community management - Analytical performance reporting - Long-term seasonal campaigns

Challanges

The main challenge was balancing the brand’s corporate identity with a consumer-friendly approach. Managing long-term campaigns while maintaining engagement outside peak seasons required continuous innovation and content that reflects the quality and credibility of Mazoon’s products.

Results & Impact

The campaigns achieved significant growth in digital engagement across all Mazoon platforms, with higher levels of audience participation and interaction. They also enhanced brand awareness, making Mazoon more present in consumers’ minds through creative and engaging content reflecting the company’s values and product quality.
