Overview

Nomou Riyadi Forum is a national platform dedicated to entrepreneurship, bringing together entrepreneurs, enabling entities, and investors within a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters dialogue, partnerships, and growth. We managed the forum’s communication and media presence, including social media, content creation, and overseeing the event’s digital coverage. Our role also included developing the key communication messages and preparing the comprehensive final report, which highlighted performance indicators, audience insights, partnerships, and B2B outcomes. The project was delivered within an intensive operational period, during which the team dedicated over 110 additional working hours within just two weeks of preparation and execution, reflecting the scale of coordination and the complexity of managing multiple stakeholders.

Callenges

The main challenge was operating within a highly compressed timeline before and during the event, while coordinating multiple stakeholders including government entities, partners, media representatives, and entrepreneurs. Ensuring a unified communication message that effectively addressed diverse target audiences was also a key priority.

Results & Impact

The forum was successfully positioned as a meaningful platform that supports entrepreneurship and collaboration, rather than simply an event. As the first forum of its kind in the Sultanate of Oman in this field, it achieved notable success during its execution, contributing to strong engagement and valuable connections among participants.
